I simply like to receive my mail early...

So, yesterday, it was around dinner time and I noticed that I didnt have much in my pantry or fridge to cook, so I decided to take a trip to a supermarket that I haven't been before.

Besides that I didn't have anything to cook, I also had no idea what I wanted to make and I am a firm believer that if you don't know what to cook, a trip to the market will open your eyes to posibilities.

After 20 minutes in the market, I still had no idea what to cook for dinner when I got home, until I saw a Fresh Pesto Sauce that the market makes (organic and vegan)... Ding ding ding!!!! I just had to buy it!

Next, it was this breautiful pizza crust (stone-baked multigrain) and at that moment, I knew exactly what I was cooking and how... So, I got excited and grabbed fresh Mozarella and beautiful ripe tomatoes.

25 minutes later, I had this beautiful, delicious, fresh and colorful pizza on my plate!

When you are a cyclist, this is one of those things that you will have to replace constantly, but if you are like me....

You'll wait until it doesn't clip anymore.
